Operating a mobile team of 120 engineers across the UK

CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Account Manager

You must have good customer services skills, be well presented and articulate
You will need to be self-motivated, diligent and hardworking with a desire to build the business and team around you.
Good IT skills would be essential
A good working knowledge of maintenance contracts and delivering on SLA agreements
Experience of working on maintenance contracts previously would be essential
Have a good understanding of the implications of running national contracts P+ L etc (vlalue would be circa £1.5m)
Excellent management skills with the ability to oversee multiple national contracts
You must be trustworthy, ambitious and looking for a long term career with prospects
JOB INFORMATION - Account Manager

To oversee contract performance of building services clients
To identify opportunities to maximise the potential of each account
To liaise with clients, ensuring the resolution of any queries or issues.
To ensure all sub contractors employed meet the required technical and health and safety standards of the company and the client.
To assume responsibility for the control and liaison of subcontractors and own labour.
To continually monitor own and sub contractor and employee performance to ensure compliance with client Key Performance Indicators
To identify efficiencies and cost savings within all contracts, for the benefit of the company and the client
To ensure that all jobs are completed on a timely basis and to the expected standard
On completion of jobs, to ensure that all invoices are raised in a timely manner
To maintain contract records in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements
Attend courses and other training events in compliance with statutory requirements.
To attend course and training events to promote changes to general and technical work practices.
To undertake other duties and special projects as required
