Our client’s comprehensive service portfolio includes planned preventive maintenance, cyclical maintenance, responsive repairs, testing and inspection, as well as installation, regeneration, and improvement projects.

Responsibilities: Execute day-to-day tasks with precision, adhering to contractual requirements and safety standards. Provide exemplary customer service to clients and residents.

Key Duties:

* Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, servicing, inspections, and testing.

* Troubleshoot and rectify faults, as well as undertake remedial works and new inspections.

* Respond to reactive electrical issues and conduct emergency lighting inspections and repairs.

* Maintain high standards of work across various settings, including schools, void, occupied, and communal areas.

* Uphold excellent customer care and promote positive company image externally.

* Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient service delivery, including timely reporting and proper recycling practices.

Experience & Skills:

* Proficiency in electrical repair, maintenance, servicing, and installations, ideally in the public sector.

* Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials common to the Electrical Trade.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.

* IT literacy and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
