Senior site manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a prestigious Tier 1 main contractor. Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of new builds of schools.

You will be part of a team who will be responsible for the new build of a large public school based in Cambridge worth £55m. You will be the number one on site and will have Site Managers reporting to you.

Your responsibilities will also include.

Overseeing the project from start to completion
Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress.
Setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff.
Being part of a team responsible for the smooth running of the project
Delegating work to colleagues within your team.To be applicable for this role you must possess a valid SMSTS and have experience in the construction industry on school projects.
