Position: Site Manager
Location: Basildon
Role Type: Contract
Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property Services company in Basildon, Essex on a 16-week contract working nights.
Shifts are - Sunday - Thursday 23:00 - 07:00 - Offering a competitive rate £28 + car allowance/mileage
We are after someone who has previous experience within Social housing projects/ maintenance
Able to manage subcontractors
Excellent Health and Safety standards Needs:
Full UK driving licence and able to use own vehicle to travel to site
SMSTS
CSCS Card and IOSH
Experience managing subcontractors and labour
Experience working with a Council or Housing Association is preferred If you feel that this role is suitable for you.
