MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

The Basics

* Location: Battersea, SW London

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8pm -5am

* Salary: c£45,000 Per Annum + Overtime (If wanted)

* Role: Planned and Reactive Maintenance for a Static Site in Battersea, with a focus on building M&E

Maintenance Electrician Duties & Responsibilities

* To carry out planned preventative maintenance schedules across 3-4 buildings on a static site

* Responding to more reactive calls throughout the day and offering first class customer service to clients to resolve any maintenance issues.

* A good working knowledge of building HVAC is essential

* Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Checks/Tests

* AHU and FCU Filter Changes

* Plant room checks: Motors, Pumps and BMS etc

* Good knowledge of Hot & Cold water systems/supply

* Water temps / L8 Checks

* Completing logbooks

* Working to strict Health & Safety regulations

Maintenance Electrician Skills & Experience

* 3+ Years in a similar role minimum

* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or Refrigeration

* Good understanding of Building M&E and HVAC

* IPAF / PASMA training beneficial

* First Aid

* L8 Legionella Awareness Training Beneficial
