Locum Family Solicitor

We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Family Locum Solicitor to assist within a friendly, high street firm in North London, starting ASAP for 4-5 months in duration.

The Opportunity
Our client, a reputable, friendly practice is seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to assist whilst the Senior Associate is on extended annual leave. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role ASAP and will be on hand to assist for a minimum of 4 months in duration.

The firm are happy to take someone on a part-time or full-time basis, and flexible hours will be considered. Hybrid working will also be considered for the right candidate. Full-time secretarial support will be available throughout the assignment.
Responsibilities
The Locum would assume responsibility for covering a varied private family caseload. Duties to include:

Children matters
Divorce
Financial matters
Prenuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements
Co-habitation matters Benefits

Attractive rate up to £50ph DOE Requirements

Qualified Solicitor
Experience dealing with busy caseloads of private family matters
Ability to hit the ground running and work self-sufficiently
Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
