As an Account Manager for the Broker Department, you'll be the first point of contact for the German-speaking brokers and will demonstrate exceptional customer service in managing loan applications for their clients. You'll work closely with teams across the business, will supervise and control loan applications from start to finish and provide the brokers with an in-depth understanding of the company product benefits, customer eligibility and use cases.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate and engage with brokers with both inbound and outbound calls whilst striving to represent the company professionally at all times

* Manage the day-to-day working relationships with all brokers

* Demonstrate a solid understanding of credit applications and provide ad-hoc guidance on credit worthiness

* Provide timely updates for ongoing cases, answering queries regarding specific applications or products

* Undertake ad-hoc analysis and tasks on behalf of Management within the Broker Department

* Go above and beyond to meet and exceed your personal KPIs to enable the business to exceed it's growth targets

Requirements:

* Fluent in German with a good level of written and spoken English

* Highly organised, with a diligent approach

* Able to prioritise workload as required

* Able to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships at all levels

* Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven by smashing targets

* Able to bring innovative ideas, someone who thrives on making an impact on the business

Salary & Benefits:
