Financial Analyst- Cosmetic & Skincare

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) to potential suppliers of cosmetic manufacturing products and services. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing actual costs, improving financing processes, conducting industry research, and managing the RFQ response process, including the evaluation of proposals and the selection of the most suitable supplier.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of potential suppliers of cosmetic manufacturing products and services.
Prepare and issue RFQs to potential suppliers, ensuring that all relevant information is included, such as product specifications, quantity requirements, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Manage the RFQ response process, including tracking deadlines, responding to supplier inquiries, and coordinating the evaluation of proposals.
Evaluate proposals from potential suppliers, considering factors such as price, quality, experience, and delivery capabilities.
Recommend the most suitable supplier to the Financial Manager, providing a detailed analysis of the evaluation process.
Maintain records of all RFQ activities, including supplier information, proposal evaluations, and supplier selection decisions.
Assist the Financial Manager with the negotiation of contracts with selected suppliers.
Analyze the actual costing each month.
Improve financing process to ensure data integrity.
Conduct industry research.
Prepare presentations for the leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of financial concepts and pricing principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
