Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic VP of Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies.
As the VP of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and values
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures to ensure employee development and retention
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR partners and vendors
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to leadership
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support for their professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment is preferred
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
Location:
This is a full-time position located in Dallas, TX. Some travel may be required for company events and meetings.
Contract Details:
