Housekeeping Room Attendant

The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning our outlets and equipment while carrying out various other cleaning and other duties, as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Clean equipment and maintain a clean work environment
• Dispose of trash and other kitchen refuse in an environmentally safe manner
• Ensure that the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
• Ensure consistent and high operating standards in every area of the establishments
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Perform cleaning duties as required (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, deep cleaning etc.)
• Wash and sanitize all utensils, dishes as well as cooking equipment and making sure they are stored in their correct place

Qualifications & Assets:

• Ability to work on a variable shift pattern including evening and weekends
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Able to plan and organise workload in an efficient and timely manner
• Good communication skills
• Have a positive attitude
