Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg S.A . is engaged in the business of providing Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Advisory services for corporate and private clients. In order to reinforce its team during a maternity leave, our Bank is currently looking for a:  HR Generalist – 7 months (m/f) The mission of the Human Resources (HR) department is to deliver a full range of HR services to the management and employees of our HQ in Luxembourg, our Branch in London, as well as our Representation Office in Athens. Our responsibilities range from recruitment, over compensation & benefits matters including payroll, to training and other HR topics. The content of this fixed-term position is to support the HR team in all HR administrative, operational and employee relation tasks and any other ad-hoc projects that may come up during this period.   Main duties and responsibilities: Depending on your overall experience, some of the below mentioned activities are to be performed either as inputter or as controller in respect to the 4-eyes-principle. Lead full cycle of open recruitments Assist in ad hoc queries from management and/or staff Adapt processes, policies and procedures from the Group to local requirements HR administration related tasks for our offices in Luxembourg, London and Athens Payroll preparation Preparation of internal and external reportings Preparation of documents in relation to entry/exit of employees, such as contracts of employments, addendums etc. Ensuring HR database and Time Management System entries are promptly inputted   Your profile: For this challenging position, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional with the following profile: Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as HR Generalist in Luxembourg is mandatory. Any experience in in regards to HR related matters in the UK and/or Greece is considered an asset (but not mandatory) Technical skills:
very good knowledge of Luxembourgish payroll, Luxembourgish labour legislation, and the Luxembourgish social security system proficient user of MS Office Package (mainly word and Excel)  Soft skills: discretion and confidentiality are mandatory, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, communication, results oriented, capability to adapt easily and quickly to a new working environment Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in an HR related field and/or relevant functional qualifications Languages: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
