Fawkes and Reece are currently seeking an experienced Construction Lead to work for a tier one main contractor in London who works across all sectors.
This is an opportunity for a Construction Lead to head up an iconic major commercial project which is one you will be proud to be a part of.
My client is very well respected main contractor with a strong name in the industry who have already secured a very healthy pipeline for 2024 and looking ahead to having a successful year in all sectors from commercial, retail, residential, healthcare and datacentres.
This is a contractor with honest principles who will only choose to deliver projects they know they can make a success of. This is a contractor that looks after their employees and treat them with respect which has led to a very low staff turnover. The project in question has a very long standing team on it already therefore they are looking for someone who is loyal, dedicated and has high expectations.
The customer this contractor is working for is very loyal and has chosen them based on their level of quality and delivery track record.
The ideal Construction Lead will have experience on commercial projects in excess of £50million, someone who can strategize, spot problems, amenable with supply chains, not a shouter and a Construction Lead who wants to push on. The successful construction lead will have a lot of responsibility over the project as a whole and we will be looking for a person who is dynamic, charismatic, great at delegating and able to manage multiple teams and be focused on the project as a whole.
This is a great opportunity for a Construction Lead to prove themselves and progress within the business to a more senior role in the future if so desired. This is a contractor who give credit where it is due and can offer a lot of scope for progression in the future especially because this customer has more major projects for this contractor to deliver afterwards.
