Position Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for assisting in customer communication, customer service, and maintaining a neat and orderly office. The Receptionist plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service with our internal need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.

Performance Objectives
Answering, following up, and returning calls with accurate information from EEI office to external and internal customers.
Data entry in Google Sheets, Excel, and transferring data from payroll system to service order system.
Building marketing pamphlets and mailing them out each week.
Ensuring a minimally disrupted office by facilitating paperwork and communication.
Accurate receipts and reconciliation done daily.

Requirements
Capabilities and Key Competencies
Experience in accurately answering phones and effectively communicating messages.
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in the moment.
Ability to be a timely and dependable member of the team.
Ability to prioritize phone calls and messages.
Willingness to learn types of equipment and industry nomenclature.
Ability to communicate with team members in a positive manner.
Ability to maintain a positive and constructive attitude.
Education & Experience
High school diploma/GED
Experience in answering phones
Experience in utilizing computer systems.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift minimum of 10 pounds occasionally.
Wear required personal protective equipment as needed.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
*Pay range: $16/hr. to $20/hr. based on relevant experience*
