SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGN LEADER JOB IN DALLAS, TX
Due to an upcoming promotion, a Senior Interior Design Leader job is available with a global architecture and design firm, based out of their office in Dallas, TX. The role is focused on aviation projects across the region, often focused on high-end hospitality elements of airport terminals. Offering a salary up to $100,000 plus bonus potential and extensive benefits.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee all phases of design, with a particular focus on concept design, programming, and design development
* Support and develop studio standards, alongside the leadership team
* Support with FF&E and material selections/specifications
* Participate in client and consultant meetings and presentations
* Assist in the development of client relationships, both new and existing
* Support with team mentoring and development, providing guidance in an encouraging and collaborative way.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Degree qualified in Interior Design, or similar
* RID and NCIDQ certified
* 12+ years of experience in aviation or high-end hospitality
* Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering tools
* Client-facing and team mentoring experience.
