Schedule: This a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.
Job Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt / Hourly
Compensation: up to $18.39/hour
Job Duties Include:
Greet clients and visitors, determining their needs and taking appropriate action.
Answer telephone and take appropriate action.
Assist with scheduling of assessments, and at times produce schedules for the counseling staff.
Assist with the intake/admissions and discharge processes.
Prepares correspondence, memos, reports and other documents.
Responsible for OASAS online reporting.
Maintain a daily census database and generates a census and discharge report.
Gather statistical information and submit monthly report.
Process incoming mail & manage outgoing mail.
Manage petty cash accounts.
Gather financial information and forward to the Financial Case Manager.
Performs various money handling and account keeping responsibilities.
Sets up & break down client charts.
Maintains facility files and records.
Maintains inventory and requisitions.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Working knowledge of word processing
Excellent spelling and grammar skills
Aptitude for learning to operate electronic health records
Customer Service Skills
Proper phone etiquette
Works well with a team and individually
