Sigma Defense is seeking an Analyst, Computer Systems III to work on an upcoming Navy contract in the Norfolk, VA area.
This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements
10 years of full-time professional experience in systems analysis and design techniques.
3 years of professional experience in each of the following skillsets/disciplines:
Sybase.
C and C++.
Operating Systems knowledge such as: Windows and Linux.
X-Windows.
Linux System administration.
VMware.
Software Containerization application and utilization (e.g. Docker, IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
System and Network Security related activities to include design, implementation, configuration and enforcement of security controls on network, hardware, and software components and devices.
1 year of professional experience with each of the following technologies:
Hardware architecture used in cryptologic carry-on systems (e.g. VME, VPX, SOSA).
Configuration of Local Area Networks.
Machine Learning and Neural Networks.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD-issued TS/SCI clearance.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Hardware, Computer Sofware, Electronics Technician or Engineering field of study.
