About this position
As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial assistance and guidance to clients. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting customers with their financial needs while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This position demands a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 
Job Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers calling about EDFI-related inquiries, including application status updates, technical support, and electronic signatures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and service delivery.
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with EDFI-related inquiries, while also making outbound calls as necessary to follow up on inquiries, provide updates, or address any outstanding issues.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, ensuring clear and concise communication while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented and comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.

Additional Information:
12-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting
Training is onsite from 8:30 AM EST – 5 PM EST
Work schedule is hybrid with working hours between 10 AM EST – 7:30 PM EST (M-F)
Pay Range:
 
Pay: $20/HR
