Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Manager- Flow Through to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or law, a CPA or JD required, a minimum of 8 years' experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm, and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:
Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various federal taxcompliance and consulting services to industry specific clients.
Be a valued tax business advisor, lead client relationships on day-to-day taxmatters with various clients ranging from start up to middle market.
 Consult on technical matters and special projects in various areas ofcorporate and flow through taxation, accounting methods, and compliance.
Research various tax matters, responding to IRS and other tax authorityinquiries, and make recommendations to the client for consideration.
Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters in thestate and local, high net worth, international, research and development alongwith credits and incentives areas.
Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure clientprofitability targets are met.
Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationshipsinternally and externally with the goal of acquiring new clients, projects, andrevenue.
Invest in your professional development individually and throughparticipation in firm wide learning and development programs.
Support the growth and development of team members through the company's philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a similar degree in business,master's or advanced degree desirable.
CPA or JD required.
Eight (8)+ years' experience providing federal tax compliance and consultingservices in a professional services firm.
Five (5)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counselingassociates.
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, projectmanagement, communication skills.
Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service,demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay currentregarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as thedetails, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit asense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion ofprojects.
Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
