POSITION: Business Reporting Analyst

Position Overview:
You will focus on providing, reporting and analytically supporting across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making and support strategic planning by DGEMC leadership. This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day:
* Generating Business reports for end-users and producing user-friendly reports for review
* Improving existing reporting processes, frequency, and distribution methods
* Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all reports distributed.
* Standardizing cross-departmental data definitions, KPIs, and calculations
* Implementation, development and UAT phases of all new systems, reports, and report enhancements.
* Ensuring processes, process maps are suitable and sufficiently linked
* Managing and transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence
To be successful in this role:
* Must be able to draw conclusions from raw data and summarize results quickly and efficiently using logic and reasoning to identify conclusions and approaches to problems
* Technical understanding and experience with Fleet Management or Maintenance systems (Service Geeni preferable), AS400 database, CRM and call centre tools.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Independent and supported learning of technical skills.
* An ability to prioritise and multi-task, and work to tight deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Organised, assertive and a quick learner.
* Preferable degree qualified in a related discipline or experience in the field of data reporting and able to evidence continuous learning and improvements in this area.
