Job Summary:
Our FP&A team is a critical part of Alba’s strategic growth plans. As the team’s Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed financial reports, balance sheets, and dashboards. Reporting to the FP&A Manger, you will perform financial analysis and modeling, spot trends and provide insights to foster efficiencies and business performance while working cross functionally to optimize our processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead thorough financial analysis of branch revenue, profitability and expenses
Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization
Develop financial models to help decision-making
Point out areas for improvement for growth and efficiency
Work with branch managers on budgets and forecasts
Decipher actuals against budgeted targets and offer a variance analysis
Create accurate financial reports expediently including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Define KPIs and track to measure branch performance and report out on
Create template(s) and report financial analysis
Work cross functionally with other departments
Help build SOPs
Requirements
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations
Reporting experience to Private Equity backed and/or public companies a plus
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another quantitative field
Minimum 5 years of related highly analytical professional experience; FP&A experience
Detailed Excel modeling experience required
Power BI specialist
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheets, cash flow and P&L
 
Base salary is in the $100,000 to $120,000 range, depending on level of experience.
