We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the administrative assistant include providing support to our owners and office manager, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companys general office activities. Administrative assistant responsibilities include scheduling estimates for owners for new jobs, preparing reports and maintaining filing. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Also needs to be able to report on a daily schedule on time for work.
Skills:
Knowledge in office procedures and processes
Working knowledge of office equipment, (i.e., computers, printers, and scanners)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity of construction process
Self Motivated and independent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements
Answer phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Ensure all subcontractors insurance and license are valid.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Maintain filing
Maintain active job and leads list
Provide general support to visitors and callers
Act as the point of contact for clients
Maintain clean office. Light Cleaning duties
Needs to be able to lift 25#
