At Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of fire, agricultural, and industrial hoses, we are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of Key Account Managers, fostering professional growth and efficient operations within the assigned channel.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans that are aligned with company objectives and tailored to target audiences, while incorporating input from different departments.
Manage the creation of various marketing collateral such as printed materials, digital content, and multimedia assets.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives by measuring key company metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing roles focusing on strategy development and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)
Google Analytics Professional Certification
Previous working knowledge of CRM software
Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, analytic tools, project management software, marketing platforms, and CRM software.
Proven track record in motivating and inspiring direct reports to meet company sales goals and initiatives.
Results driven individual with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Able to work under tight timelines with generated results.
A passion for marketing, creative thinking and possesses an interest in industry trends.
