In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for practices as they onboard onto our platform. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with practice managers to address their implementation needs and ensure their success.

Primary Responsibilities: 
Serve as the primary point of contact for practice managers, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to practice managers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively utilize the blockit platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to address implementation needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Assist practice managers with data migration, system configuration, and other technical tasks as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline implementation processes and improve the customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with practice managers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in addressing their needs and concerns.
Provide regular updates and communication to practice managers regarding implementation progress and next steps.
Act as a liaison between practice managers and internal teams, advocating for practice manager needs and priorities.
