Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who is innovative, numbers-driven, customer-focused, hands-on, and focused on delivering outstanding results for our eCommerce stores. You will take a lead in branding and marketing efforts, as well managing affiliates, influencers, and other customer-related segments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize creativity to create and publish content on all social media platforms to grow target audience, build brand awareness and boost sales.
Planning the company’s social media strategy.
Building out company goals, strategic tactics to explore, test, experiment, and optimize different social media channels
Strategize and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads) based on internal and external factors such as inventory, customer data, market trends, etc.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw insights for optimization.
Work closely with sales and customer service to improve and create sales funnel strategies
Daily management of affiliates, influencers, and other partnerships.
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and content vendors.
Assist with managing social media channels for several ecommerce brands
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field is required.
2+ years’ experience with marketing, branding, advertising, and/or customer relationship management
Experience with Shopify is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated passion for digging into data to test hypotheses and continually improve results.
Exceptional communicator with a desire to improve processes and positively impact the organization.
Must have a service mindset; experience in client oral services is a major plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
