Career Connections Recruiting is seeking a Behavior Analyst to join a leading Autism service provider in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members. Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
Develop behavior intervention plans based on assessment results and individual needs
Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and other staff members
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies
Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as required
Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
Strong knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Must have both PA Behavior Specialist License and BACB Certification as a Behavior Analyst in good standing
Must have/obtain current ‘clean’ background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations
Billable Client Services minimum requirement 90 hrs/mo or 22.5hr/wk
Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations
Must be available to provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Compensation
Competitive Salary – Individual Offer based on training and experience
Sign on bonus determined based on experience:
$8,000 Sign On Bonus for qualifying Behavior Analysts who have had and been working under their BCBA certification for 5 years or more 
OR
$4,000 Sign On Bonus for qualifying Behavior Analysts who have had and been working under their BCBA certification for up to 5 years
