We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to help us get to the next level. We are a real estate photography and marketing company that helps busy agents save time and look good so they can focus on selling more homes and growing their business. We offer a variety of listing services and packages to suit any agents personal needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for owning and managing all activities and initiatives in ensuring that a great customer experience is delivered consistently so that it leads to strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives who provide low to moderately complex customer support, and engage key stakeholders and business partners associated with customer service
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding escalated customer inquiries to meet business objectives
Collaborate and consult with more experienced management, internal partners, relationship managers, and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Interact directly with external customers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for customer service
Ensure that the team's competencies are where they need to be by ensuring that the necessary training is available/provided
Track, report and maintain quality, attendance, productivity and service measures.
Job Qualifications
Customer Service Manager experience is required, however, we hire based on character and not skill alone.
3-5 years of Team Lead Experience in a call center setting
Has experience and knows how to handle a team
Knows the team's scorecard and can drive them to meet
Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
