Communications Specialist needs 3+ years experience
Communications Specialist requires:
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in teams, especially cross-functional groups
Advanced communication skills with proven ability to drive strategic direction
Experience creating communication campaigns
Tech savvy with proven proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience with other internal communication, marketing, or collaboration tools such as WebEx and Microsoft Teams
Communications Specialist duties:
Develop and implement communications plan, setting up communication systems and processes
Partner with stakeholders developing templates and toolkits to streamline content and enforce consistency in messaging
Develop communication tools such as newsletter, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and business review presentations
Partner with stakeholders to create a communications roadmap based on business initiatives and desired outcomes
Manage various meetings and events, including town halls, team engagement, and other events
Create and develop new and interesting ways to engage team, using various tools and methods
Be the liaison and build relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to garner support across portfolio
