INDUSTRIAL CLEANER
Working in partnership with a waste management company in Hull, we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Industrial Cleaner with a valid CCNSG safety passport. This is a fantastic opportunity that offering a great pay rate (£12.04hr) and overtime paid at even better premium rates. ideally is you have confined space, or water jetting too that would be a bonus!
Shift pattern / Working hours
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm - with plenty of optional overtime available
Start date / Duration
The Industrial Cleaner role is a Temp to Perm position that will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. Once you have completed 12 weeks work you will be offered a permanent placement.
Job description
As an Industrial Cleaner you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of a number of specialist vehicles and equipment. Day to day you will be expected to;
Carry out industrial cleaning work on tankers, trailers and other types of containers
Work in confined spaces carrying out tank cleans with full breathing apparatus
Use water Jetting techniques
Do general site cleaning, repairs and maintenance
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Industrial Cleaner you must;
Have a valid CCNSG, safety certificate/passport.
Be able to pass a drug and Alcohol test
Be able to pass a medical, to include high blood pressure, BMI
Be willing to be clean shaven for wearing breathing apparatus
Reliable with good timekeeping.Ideally you will also have jet washing and working in confined spaces experience although this is not essential.
