Job Description: Ridder Orthodontics is seeking a passionate and skilled Orthodontist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week. As an Orthodontist with Ridder Orthodontics, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of transforming smiles and enhancing the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive orthodontic examinations to assess patients' dental health and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, considering factors such as age, dental history, and treatment goals.
Perform orthodontic procedures including but not limited to braces, aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.
Monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding oral hygiene, dietary habits, and orthodontic care techniques.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal treatment results.
Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in the field of orthodontics through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
Board certification or eligibility for board certification by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Current state license to practice dentistry in Texas.
Strong clinical skills and proficiency in orthodontic techniques and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
