Our global partner network and a team of 22 nationalities make Visual Components a truly international company.Sales Manager (DACH region, German-speaking)Permanent employee, Full-time Munich, Germany - Remote The role and the teamThe position of the Sales Manager is assigned to our office in Munich, Germany, and is focused solely on the DACH region.As a Sales Manager, your role involves driving sales revenue and market development for our focus products, whether they're existing solutions or newly developed ones. You'll have the opportunity to sell our solutions directly to customers and prospects, as well as through business development activities with our partners in the assigned DACH region. Your success will be measured by achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual targets, ensuring the acceptance and growth of the Visual Components product portfolio.You will make an impact by
  • Actively selling Visual Components software to end customers
  • Developing and executing effective sales approaches to grow revenue and adoption of our products in the assigned territory
  • Working with inbound leads and generating outbound leads
  • Building strong relationships with customers and partners and growing existing accounts
  • Delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts for the assigned sales territory
  • Representing Visual Components in front of customers and users at tradeshows, seminars, and webinars
  • Staying informed about trends for continuous improvement and providing feedback on our product
You will succeed in a role if you have:
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in the Manufacturing Industry
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets over time
  • Ability to develop your own sales opportunities into orders
  • Ability to handle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience in selling software is considered a strong advantage
  • Confidence in social interactionsâ
  • Enthusiasm to be in touch with customers and build professional relationshipsâ
  • Above-average organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and solve problems independently
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Experience working with MS-Office
  • A great benefit would be if you have a passion for or experience in using 3D software in your work or private life
Languages:
  • Proficiency in German language at a high professional level (C1-C2 CEFR) to communicate internally and with customers is a must for this role
  • Proficiency in English language at a professional level (B2-C1 CEFR) to communicate internally since English is our working language
