Indirect Purchasing Team Lead, Regional (Hybrid)

Job Description
Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset with a background in purchasing? We are currently looking for an Indirect Purchasing Team Lead. This position will lead a Regional Indirect Purchasing Team and be responsible for developing and executing an effective regional purchasing strategy within the global strategy framework.  As a Regional Team Lead, you will:
Drive lean and effective process and contract landscape in indirect purchasing
Ensure continuous improvement of processes / procedures to ensure high service level to Internal Business Partners
Act as Regional Key Account for AMEC to support Internal Business Partners, e.g. with perspective to processes
Support and lead a regional indirect purchasing team
Assess and manage current sourcing processes and act as a "consultant" to meeting current business needs
Lead cross-functional projects and work with a variety of groups to understand the procurement requirements and establish cost effective negotiation tactics and strategies
Establish and manage relationships with internal customers/stakeholders
Form business partnerships with key suppliers
Establish sourcing policies and procedures
