Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation for our staffing agency. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with leadership to define marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC.
* Create and maintain engaging content for the company website, blog, and social media platforms.
* Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Content Creation:
* Develop compelling content that resonates with both clients and candidates, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
* Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.

Brand Management:
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
* Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases and building relationships with media outlets.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
* Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
