We're on the hunt for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed client's dynamic team. This is a golden opportunity to deliver unparalleled physical services to clients in their homes, aligning with a medically approved Plan of Care and our comprehensive agency policies and procedures.
Your Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you're tasked with implementing specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to perform assessments, diagnostic tests, and develop therapy care plans. Your role is crucial in improving the independence and overall well-being of our clients.
The Opportunity:
Salary: $68,000 - $80,000 per year, DOE, alongside a robust benefits package that includes 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, flexible scheduling, and paid time off.
Location: On the road in the beautiful Albuquerque, NM, allowing you to bring positive change directly to clients' homes.
Schedule: Day shift, promoting a harmonious balance between work and personal life.

Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum, with preference for candidates holding current registration or license as required by New Mexico state practice.
Home health experience is highly valued and places candidates at the front of the line.
At least two (2) years of experience in a health care setting, with a strong preference for those with home health background.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and team members.
Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation and meet state/Agency insurance requirements. A good driving record is essential.
Current CPR certification is a must.
