Hales Group is excited to represent our client, who are seeking a Sales Administrator to support their busy team in Great Yarmouth. Due to the company's growth, they are expanding their current team to help continue to push the company forward.
Key responsibilities
Providing comprehensive support to the sales team, including administrative tasks, coordination, and facilitating communication within the department
Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is documented
Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system with current order information, customer details and relevant communications
Maintain thorough records of all orders and interactions, ensuring that all transactions are traceable and well documented for future reference
Handle incoming orders and interact with customers to provide updates on order status, addressing any enquiries or concerns that may arise
Conduct follow-up calls with customers to confirm order details, provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately enter order information into the system , ensuring all details are correct and complete for processing Skills and experience
Ability to pay close attention to detail  is crucial in the role
Previous experience in a sales administration position would be advantageous
Strong organisational and self-motivational skills
Ability to work independently with initiative and without constant supervision
Excellent customer service skills

Mon to Thurs 8:00am – 4:00pm, Fridays 8:00am – 3:30pm ( 37 hours per week)

£25k – £27k
