You will be working for the largest installer of renewable measures within the UK who have also been voted The Independent Choice for ‘Installer of the year 2023’. The business was founded in 2008 and has since installed energy saving measures on over 140,000 homes reducing energy bills for domestic customers.

Due to continued growth this business is looking for a Customer Care Advisor who can join the team working out of their Doncaster office dealing with; complaints, queries, conflict resolution and trust pilot reviews.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a forward-thinking company working within in a growing market. You can earn bonus from each positive review a customer leaves which could increase your earnings on avg £200 - £400 per month based of the current teams performance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will work alongside our operations team carrying out tasks and taking on key roles as below:

* Engaging with customers and stakeholders across the business to facilitate a timely resolution in all circumstances to customer complaints.

* Deal with difficult customers without the need for line management escalation, handling difficult conversations around compensation and dissatisfaction.

* Be the first port of call for inbound phone enquiries into the office, triaging and forwarding to the relevant department where applicable.

Skills & Experience

* Excellent computer skills to include working knowledge of Windows based software programmes. Microsoft word/excel is essential.

* Confidence in your ability to make decisions and follow them through.

* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

* Clear communication skills between customers and colleagues

* Self-motivated to complete any works required to a high-quality standard.

£23,500 with an OTE of £28,000
