Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading international business who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager to join them at their Barnsley based Offices
Description
Provide support to international customers via phone and email
Build strong, long lasting working relationships with key international customers through cleat communications
Own customer orders from cradle to grave
Process customer orders accurately and in line with agreed timescales
Take ownership of any customer issues, looking to resolve in a timely manor with minimum impact to customers
Work closely with production and logistics to arrange timely delivery of customer orders
Keep customers updated on the status and potential changes of their order
Provide world class levels of service to customers during all interactionsProfile
Experience in a similar customer service management role
Passionate about providing world class service
Experience in a similar type business
Ability to build strong working relationships

The role offers a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, with free on site parking and 25 days holiday
Working hours are 0700 to 15-30 Monday to Friday and is on site
