The Opportunity

Possibly one of the best graduate surveying opportunities in town, our client, an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice, is expanding its Cardiff office and seeking to appoint a graduate-level building surveyor to the team. Working alongside the senior team, you will play a key role in delivering a range of refurbishment and retrofit projects across a wide portfolio of both public realm and private clients. Many of the projects you will be involved in are ideal for a surveyor who is working towards achieving chartered status. Our client has a formidable reputation within the sector, and apart from project delivery, they provide their clients with all-encompassing building surveying and asset management consultancy.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

Degree Qualified with a relevant Building Surveying degree.
Ideally possessing a minimum of 18 months of relevant surveying experience.
Demonstrates a good level of building surveying experience encompassing elements of building pathology, asset management, and project delivery.
A working knowledge of contract administration and specification writing (NBS).
Preferably able to demonstrate a basic understanding of AutoCAD.
First-class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly.
