We have a new opportunity available for a Sales Manager \ Holiday Park Manager to oversee, monitor and manage a lovely park based in Kent. 
As the Park Manager you would be responsible for a team on park who contribute to the running of the park across various departments such as Guest Services, maintenance. Accommodation may also be provided for the right candidate. Sales experience is essential.
 
Role responsibilities: 
Overseeing the overall presentation of the park to ensure the park and its grounds are kept to a high standard.
Ensuring the park team are running each department efficiently.
Ensuring the parks facilities are functional, safe, and well-maintained.
Be responsible for each department.
Be available on call with regards to security and patrol of the park
Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving revenue goals
Carrying out other tasks and projects as directed by the Operations Manager.
Ensuring that all buildings, cash keys and other relevant equipment are securely locked at the end of each day’s business.
Ensuring that all daily, weekly, and seasonal checklist procedures are documented and monitored to ensure that the Company's required procedures are strictly adhered to.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Identifying new sales leads, market, tour and close sales
Exceptional organisational skills
Work well under pressure
Oversee check and ensure all professional documents and administrative work are Up-to-date and complete.  
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a Senior Management role would be advantageous.
Experience of the holiday and hospitality industries
Excellent management and leadership skills
This role would be suited to a hands-on Manager who has previous experience in the holiday park/residential park environment.
Experience is invaluable to fully be able to understand and be aware of what is required in this type of environment in order to be able to deliver high standards of service.
Excellent customer experience skills, with an outgoing and positive attitude
