Matchmaking: Utilize your expertise to match candidates with positions that align with their skills, experience, and career goals.

Administrative Duties: Manage database and CRM, mail marketing, and compliance procedures with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

Recruitment Experience: This would be ideal, particularly within the education sector.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with candidates and clients.

Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
