Page Group are delighted to be working with a long standing client who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Team Leader to join them at their Leeds Head Office

Description

Direct management and daily leadership of a small customer service function of 5fte
Provide the team with regular guidance, leadership and training, giving individuals the knowledge and tools to be successful in their roles
Manage and assign workload across the team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in like with customer expectations
Take ownership of escalated customer issues with a view to resolve in a timely manor with minimum impact to the customer
Contribute to the customer service strategy and share best practise with colleagues and SLT
Drive KPI & SLA performance across the operation, taking corrective action where required
Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to improve all touch-points across the customer journeyProfile

Experience managing a Customer Service / Order processing team
Strong customer focus
SAP experience (desirable)
Ability to drive performance across a team

Salary of £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
