Female Outreach Worker

Participation in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in every 4 weeks)

A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle

Flexibility to work early mornings/evenings and occasional weekends

Undertake outreach and hot spot visits across the local area

Carry out risk and needs assessments with identified rough sleepers
