Job Title: Project Manager - Mechanical & Electrical
Location: Cheltenham, UK
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our M&E and Civils projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific experience in M&E and Civil Engineering. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
* Lead project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the M&E and Civil Engineering sector.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
* Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
