Audit Manager

What will you be doing?
As a senior Manager, you will take your Audit skills and head up a team of diverse individuals who come from the following disciplines, Accounting, Law, and Economics. You will be responsible for dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of Regulator and Legal clients, within the UK and beyond.
You will also aid Partners in both client work and in the management of the group, and on occasions the wider firm. Where appropriate, you may become involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
As a manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure that clients receive an efficient and proactive service and client expectations are exceeded throughout the year.
* Liaison with client Partners and other staff where appropriate to ensure all are kept up to date.
* Writing reports and information on complex subject matter.
* Organise staff on jobs, ensuring everyone is clear on expectations and timescales.
* Ensuring staff are properly trained and receive constructive feedback.
* Ensuring any shortages or excess workloads are identified and minimised.
