About Us: We are a leading developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across London. Committed to excellence and innovation, we are currently seeking a dynamic Site Manager to join our team for a large-scale project in North West London comprising over 400 units.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and documentation.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on large-scale residential projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.Benefits:
