* Emails & Webchat: Provide quick, clear, and helpful responses to member enquiries.

* Be a Problem-Solver: Use your skills to find solutions and make our members’ lives easier.

* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our policies so you can give accurate info.

* Team Player: Work with a great team to deliver the best service every time.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience: You’ve done customer service before,

* Communication: You’re great with words, both spoken and written.

* Problem-Solving: You love finding solutions and paying attention to the details.

* Tech-Savvy: You know your way around a computer and can pick up new systems quickly.

* Positive Attitude: You’re enthusiastic and ready to help!
