An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager has become available at a well-known provider in the Spalding area. This beautiful Residental home is part of a successful privately organisation and is home to 28 elderly care patients with Dementia & Elderly

This role calls for a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic Home Manager who has strong leadership skills; highly organized, self-motivated and experienced in all aspects of care home and people management. In depth knowledge and understanding of NICE guidelines, care pathways, best practice, statutory and regulatory guidelines is essential.

The successful candidate will be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to enable placement as a Registered Manager . They will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home and the delivery of excellent clinical and care services.

Skills/Qualifications

* Level 5 - Leadership and Management in health and Social Care (or equivalent)

* Minimum 3 years’ experience of management in a similar setting (desirable)

* Minimum 3 years’ experience of Dementia (desirable)

* Highly competent with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Good knowledge of KLOE/NICE Guidelines and Care Pathways

* Up to date knowledge and experience of safeguarding, DOLS, MCA guidance & procedures

Hours

* 09:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Friday)

* 1 saturday a month

Supported by a Deputy Manager, a Clinical Lead Nurse and Team Leaders in the home and a group Area Manager and HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the home, leading a committed and dedicated team to deliver the highest standards of care in line with CQC regulations.
