The Project Manager must bring projects to a successful conclusion together with his team. Managing different teams of integration experts is the biggest challenge here. The PM will also have to be able to coordinate well with management, functional analysts, developers, IT architects and testers.
The project is framed within the realisation of the implementation of a group-wide E-Invoicing solution in the Finance department, but in very close cooperation with various capabilities and domains of the group. The PM will therefore also need to be able to coordinate well across team boundaries.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for

As Project Manager, you will deliver at least the following outputs
Evaluation of the execution of the assignment
An evaluation of the implementation of the above will take place at regular intervals.
Reporting
As Project Manager, you will report at least monthly on the status and progress of your project to your project client and Project Manager.

- enforcing decisions
- guaranteeing the progress of the projec
- Managing the expectations of project stakeholders by
- mapping and updating an overview of these stakeholders
- monitoring and managing communications around the project
Expected output
As Project Manager, you will deliver at least the following outputs
- a qualitative, up-to-date and validated project sheet in our standard format and archived on our internal archive
- a list of the project deliverables in a WBS
- a qualitative and up-to-date project planning, with mapped dependencies and milestones
- a project status report in our standard format and archived according to the programme guidelines
- a resource demand in the short, medium and long term, in our standard Excel format
- Setting up a smoothly functioning governance for the entire duration of the project
