Job Title: European Radio Frequency Field Applications/Sales Engineer
Location: Flexible, ideally UK-based
Salary: £35,000 - £65,000
Benefits: Paid travel, healthcare, pension, 20 days' holiday plus bank days, annual bonus (10% - 15% of salary), car allowance (£6,000 per year)
Role Description:
Our client is seeking a European RF Field Applications Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting OEMs and Distributors across Europe, both technically and commercially, to ensure the creation of demand and gain print position on new designs for the company's RF connector and cable assembly portfolio. The role has a revenue responsibility of approximately $10 million.
NOTE: This role requires frequent visits to Europe.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and commercial support to OEMs and Distributors across Europe.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable RF connector and cable assembly solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
Requirements:
Specific market/industry/product experience in Radio Frequency products.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approximately once a month or more).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
