Job Title: LEV Engineer.
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £25k - £45k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a reputable and privately owned LEV business who work across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Commercial and Food & Beverage sites providing the full range of LEV services. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit a LEV Engineer to cover contracts across the Midlands region and the M1 corridor. The successful candidate will be able to confidently carry out LEV testing on duct and fume extraction systems, DOP testing and fault finding on site, ensuring that any issues are dealt with efficiently.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Nottingham, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Burton upon Trent, Leicester, Coalville, Lichfield, Tamworth, Walsall, West Bromwich, Brimingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Solihull, Royal Leamington Spa.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P601 qualification is mandatory.
" Background working as an engineer for an established LEV company.
" Will have excellent knowledge of relevant COSHH / HSG 258 guidelines.
" Will be polite and presentable on site at all times.
" Excellent IT skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out LEV testing on dust and fume extraction systems on a varied site base.
" Conducting DOP testing.
" Carrying out fault finding on site and efficient fixing issues in a timely manner.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant COSHH / HSG 258 guidelines.
" Carrying out general maintenance e.g., fan / filter changing.
" Carrying out site visits in line with client needs and providing excellent technical advice and support on further work to be carried out.
" Producing site specific reports.
