The Opportunity: For the first year, you'll work closely alongside our Furniture Director, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge. As you become confident in the role, you'll transition into a Sales position with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
" Collaborate with the Workplace Furniture Director to develop and execute sales strategies.
" Grow dealer sales through existing and target companies.
" Build strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.
" Identify and win strategic major projects.
" Raise brand awareness and identify project opportunities with designers.
Key Skills:
" 2/3 years of commercial work experience.
" Preferably from a similar industry background.
" Strong organizational and time management and technical skills.
" Excellent communication and presentation skills.
" Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
" Understanding of customer service as a differentiator.
